At Peterson Law Firm, P.A. we can assist homebuilders large and small with all the legal aspects of creating a residential community, including acquiring and financing the land to build the homes; negotiating, drafting and reviewing contracts; and providing advice regarding zoning and title issues to make sure the property will meet the builder’s needs.

We can also provide the certifications and opinions many lenders require for both the acquisition and construction financing a homebuilder may need. We will assist in the drafting and creation of a PUD and Declarations for the creation of the Homeowner’s Association. Our office can also provide the same services listed above for condominium projects.

Our office also represents our builder clients in the closing sales of the individual residences.
